SHIPPING POLICY

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
A. Where can we deliver the package?
Currently, SKD BLASTER products can only be sold to the United States. For other countries, please email support@skdblaster.com to check. (Due to custom clearance issues, SKD BLASTER is temporarily unable to ship to Europe right now.)
BSHIPPING COSTS
We are currently on free shipping to the United States.
CHANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) every day. Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
DDelivery Terms
SKD BLASTER currently ships through UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Transit time for US orders is 3-10 business days. Generally, we don't provide expedited service. If you do need expedited service, please send email to sales@skdblaster.com
ECHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) day of placing your order at sales@skdblaster.com.
FCancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 PM eastern time (on the date of order), we can make exceptions which should be on CS staff disposal or order status.
If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
GParcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

By placing an order through SKD BLASTER you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.

A. 90 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@skdblaster.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted or refunded.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, please contact us via customer support email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, the incorrect product, the incorrect size or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@skdblaster.com.
E. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
